Fee Details

  •  Prices are $249 a night/weeknight for up to 6 people.

  •  There is a $30 Charge per extra person over 6 

  • A Laundry fee of $30/per person will be charged if you would like us to provide sheets and towels.  If you would like to bring your own, you can opt out of this fee

  • Cleaning fee of $150 is mandatory the home is cleaned and sanitized before each visitor
