Dogs are allowed on a per case basis. Please contact the lodge if you would like to bring your dog. No other types of pets are allowed. We reserve the right to hold deposit money if there is any pet damage.

Only visitors who are in the reservation may stay at the lodge. No overnight guests.

The home is expected to be picked up upon your check out. This meaning that all of your garbage, recycleables are placed in the proper places such as the recycle bin and trash cans.

Your cleaning fee includes a cleaner to come to the home and clean and sanitize the house at checkout.

All visitors agree to hold the owners of 24 Spring Street harmless of any injury or accident that results during the visitors stay on the property of 24 spring street, Newcomb, NY. You assume your own risk while visiting 24 Spring Street Newcomb, NY, the Spring Street Loj.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
